About Beyond the Mama

As a mom of soon-to-be three, I found myself at a crossroads once again in life. Stuck between full-on motherhood and a turning point in my career, it’s hard to feel like you have to sacrifice a part of yourself. I created this safe space for all mamas feeling like they want it all: the happy healthy kids, the happy marriage, the fulfilling career, and our evolving identity. Can we really have it all?
